about Greenvans
Back in 2008, Anthony and Andy, two musicians with more tour miles than money in their savings accounts, decided to buy a van and rent it to friends in bands. Why? Because renting a van back then (and honestly, still today) was a gamble. A “reservation” didn’t mean much, and the treatment from the major rental car agencies was somewhere between indifferent and deeply confusing.
We didn’t set out to start a company, we just wanted people we cared about to get where they were going without losing their minds. Turns out, that kind of care is rare. So we kept going.

How much gear can we fit along with our team in a 15-passenger van?
Most teams remove one or more rows of seats to create extra space for equipment. We’ll help you configure the van based on your crew size and what you’re hauling. Whether it’s production gear, event kits, or trade show materials, we’ll make sure it fits—and fits safely.
Do you offer one-way rentals for multi-city trips?
Yes. We specialize in one-way travel between our locations. If your team is hitting multiple cities, we’ll coordinate the logistics so you don’t have to loop back just to return a vehicle.
What if our schedule changes last-minute?
It happens. Just keep us in the loop. Our team is used to adapting on the fly and will do everything possible to meet you where the project needs us to.
Can we schedule pickups or returns outside regular business hours?
Absolutely. We build around your timeline, not the other way around. Early morning, late night, weekends—we’ve got you.
Can multiple people on our team be authorized to drive?
Yes. We encourage teams to designate multiple approved drivers, especially for longer trips or multi-day work. You can add as many drivers as you need for no additional charge as long as all drivers are over 21 and properly insured.
I'm using commercial insurance for our business. What are your COI requirements?
We do allow commercial insurance coverage, we’ll just need a COI listing Greenvans, LLC as the loss Payee. Please contact us for our full COI requirements.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can, especially if you need multiple vans or have a time-sensitive schedule. We recommend booking at least 30 days out, however, we’re used to working fast. If you’re behind the ball, call us—we’ll do our best to make it happen.
