How do I get my van once I’ve landed?
Picking up your van once you’ve landed is a simple process. In advance of your rental, we will complete the necessary steps to ensure delivery is smooth and quick. Here’s what to expect:
The first step is to reserve your 15-passenger van rental in one of two ways:
1. by booking on our website or
2. by calling our customer service line.
During the process, you’ll be given the option for an airport delivery.
Next, confirm your arrival time with Greenvans: Your arrival time determines if you’ll be doing a curbside exchange or an after hours pickup. Curbside exchange takes place during normal business hours, which are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
After that, you’ll be connected with your driver: When finalizing the rental, you’ll be given the contact information of your driver, who will then text you on the way to the airport.
Then, send a message after you’ve collected your baggage: In the event that the driver is unable to wait for an extended period of time in the pickup area, send a message when you’ve collected your baggage so he/she can meet you curbside.
Finally, grab the keys and go! Because all of your license submission, payments, signatures, and paperwork are completed online in advance, all you’ll do at the airport is a quick key exchange.
What if I land after hours?
In 2023, we saw nearly a quarter of U.S. domestic flights arrive late or cancel completely. If you happen to be on one of these flights, don’t worry about your 15-passenger van rental. Greenvans has a procedure in place to make sure your van retrieval experience is seamless, even if your flight doesn’t arrive on time or if you’re landing outside of business hours. We park the van in a convenient lot
If your flight arrives between 6:00 PM – 9:00 AM during the week or after 12:00 PM on Saturday, we’ll do what’s called a “van stash,” or unattended pick up. Each airport we service has designated lots for this.
We provide clear instructions
During the advance rental process, you will be provided with clear instructions on how to arrive at the designated lot from your terminal. The keys will be in the van and we’ll unlock it remotely when you’ve found it.

How do I return my van when I’m done?
When you’re ready to return the van, we offer four options to make your departure as swift as possible.
Option #1: Return the 15-passenger van to the airport
Just like the arrival process, we will put you in contact with a driver the day before you leave. All you have to do is drive the van to your departure terminal, unload your luggage, and hand the keys over to the driver who will meet you curbside.
Option #2: Return the van to your airport hotel
Do you have an extra-early departure flight? If you’re staying at an airport hotel and prefer to take the shuttle to your terminal, just let us know and we can pick up the van from the hotel parking lot.
Option #3: Return the van to the Greenvans rental office
Clients often choose to return the van directly to our office before departure. Check the address of the office in the destination you will be visiting to see if it’s convenient to your travel plans.
Option #4: Arrange a customized pick up
