About Greenvans
Back in 2008, Anthony and Andy, two musicians with more tour miles than money in their savings accounts, decided to buy a van and rent it to friends in bands. Why? Because renting a van back then (and honestly, still today) was a gamble. A “reservation” didn’t mean much, and the treatment from the major rental car agencies was somewhere between indifferent and deeply confusing.
We didn’t set out to start a company, we just wanted people we cared about to get where they were going without losing their minds. Turns out, that kind of care is rare. So we kept going.
Today, Greenvans serves everyone from touring bands to big families and film crews, all with the same mission: to make group travel feel easy, trustworthy, and human. No surprises. No headaches. Just solid vans and people who’ve got your back.

Frequently Asked Questions About Touring Bands Van Rentals
Can I tow a trailer with one of your vans?
Yes! All of our vans do have tow hitches so you can tow your own trailer or rent one from a company like Uhaul. Please note that we do not provide draw bars and tow balls. You must provide your own. We do charge an additional $12/day towing fee to cover the additional wear and tear on the van from towing a trailer. Please let us know in advance if you intend to tow a trailer.
Do you rent trailers?
No, we do not rent trailers.
Do you allow one way rentals?
Yes! We allow one way rentals between any of our locations. We also offer one-way rentals to other cities. Please contact us if you have a tour that starts or ends outside of our main locations. We can provide options and pricing for delivery or pickup.
Can you deliver the van directly to me?
Yes! We do offer door to door delivery service and airport deliveries.
What types of vans do you rent?
Can you remove seats from the van?
Yes! We can remove seats from your van ahead of your rental. If you’re traveling with a lot of gear we can remove the back two rows of seats, or just the full back row if you only need space for luggage in the van.
Do you allow multiple drivers?
Yes! You can add as many drivers to your rental agreement as you need, as long as each driver has a valid drivers license, is over 21 years old, and has an active and valid insurance policy. We don’t charge for additional drivers. If any of your drivers do not have their own personal auto insurance with primary liability and collision coverage, contact us for more information about insurance coverage options.
What if our flight is delayed and we can't pick up during business hours?
We can accommodate pickups outside of our normal business hours if absolutely necessary.
